We created our first company history book for RIX Industries, a 140-year-old family-owned firm with 250 employees. We interviewed and photographed their people and factory, dug into their archive of beautiful vintage photographs of compressor equipment from the early 1900s, researched the modern aircraft and ships for which they mill custom compressors—large and small. Then we designed and produced a 48-page, six-color coffee-table book, RIX Industries, In Our Own Words, featuring actual employee quotes floated throughout. This is their story told in their own words.
